Support for young professionals

For young professionals joining our staff immediately after graduation, we have developed a special technique for learning our company practices. Our corporate program provides the skills necessary to perform tasks that will contribute to a successful professional career and the new employee's career growth.

TopReg Company also considers the CVs of undergraduate students who wish to attend the production/pre-diploma practice in order to enhance the knowledge gained. The mode of operation and duration of such practices is chosen individually, based on the specific capabilities and wishes of the future specialist.
